We Measure It. We Install It. We Stand Behind It.

AV Floors installs new flooring for homes and businesses across Toronto and the GTA — hardwood, laminate, vinyl and carpet, plus stairs renovations to match. Every job runs through the same crew, from your first estimate to the final walkthrough, whether it’s a living room or a full office fit-out.

We’ve seen what happens when a floor goes in too fast: gaps, squeaks, and callbacks nobody wanted. So we check the subfloor first, take the time the material needs to settle, and install it the way it’s supposed to be done. If something you already have just needs a fix rather than a full replacement, we handle that too — but new installations are what we do most.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used AV Floors to replace our upstairs/main floor flooring, re-finish our existing staircase along with new spindles, and install new baseboards and door casings.

The work they did was top notch, and well executed.

The re-finished stair treads and bannisters matched perfectly to the new flooring - very impressive!

Vik is so easy to work with, and his crew are amazing! They are so hardworking and truly a nice and honest group of guys.

And they cleaned up after every work session!

Their pricing is very reasonable.

I would without hesitation recommend AV Floors.

After getting several quotes, we chose this flooring company, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, they were honest, professional, and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day, kept us informed throughout the project, and delivered exactly what they promised.

The craftsmanship is exceptional. Every plank was installed with precision, the finishing details are perfect, and our new floors have completely transformed the look of our home. They also took great care to protect our furniture and cleaned everything up before leaving.

It’s not easy to find contractors who are this reliable and take so much pride in their work. If you’re looking for top-quality flooring, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, look no further. I would recommend this company without hesitation and will definitely hire them again.

A Few Things People Ask First

Do you serve my area?

We work across Toronto and the surrounding GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and more. If your city isn’t listed above, give us a call and we’ll confirm.

Do you do commercial flooring too?

Yes. Alongside residential work, we install and repair flooring for offices, retail spaces, clinics and other businesses across the GTA. The process is the same — free estimate, fixed price, one crew start to finish.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We measure your space, check the subfloor, and give you a written quote with no obligation to book.

Which flooring type is right for my home?

It depends on the room. Hardwood suits main living areas, vinyl handles moisture-prone spaces like kitchens and basements, and carpet works well in bedrooms. We’ll walk you through the options during your estimate.

Do you handle old flooring removal?

Yes, we remove and dispose of your old flooring as part of the job, then check the subfloor before installing anything new.

How soon can you start my project?

It depends on material availability and our current schedule. We’ll give you a real start date once your estimate is confirmed.
