AV flooring provided excellent service, completed the flooring within a couple of days and left the house clean. They were also very reasonably priced.
A single room usually takes a day. A full main floor is typically two to three days, depending on subfloor prep and how many transitions are involved.
Is laminate flooring waterproof?
Most laminate resists water but isn’t fully waterproof. Standing water can still damage it over time. We can show you waterproof options for kitchens, basements and bathrooms.
Can laminate be installed over my existing floor?
Sometimes, if the existing floor is flat, dry and in good shape. We check this during the estimate and let you know if removal is the better call.
Do you install laminate in basements?
Yes. We test for moisture first and add a vapor barrier underneath. This is what keeps basement laminate from warping.
Is there a warranty on the installation?
Yes, our installation work is covered by warranty. Manufacturer warranties on the laminate product itself vary by brand.
