We install vinyl plank and tile flooring that stands up to water, pets and everyday traffic — laid over a properly prepped subfloor so it feels solid underfoot, not hollow.
Vinyl looks simple to lay, but a good install still starts with the subfloor. We clean it, check it for level and moisture, then click-lock or glue down your flooring depending on the product and the room it’s going in.

We used AV Floors to replace our upstairs/main floor flooring, re-finish our existing staircase along with new spindles, and install new baseboards and door casings.
The work they did was top notch, and well executed.
The re-finished stair treads and bannisters matched perfectly to the new flooring - very impressive!
Vik is so easy to work with, and his crew are amazing! They are so hardworking and truly a nice and honest group of guys.
And they cleaned up after every work session!
Their pricing is very reasonable.
I would without hesitation recommend AV Floors.

From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, they were honest, professional, and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day, kept us informed throughout the project, and delivered exactly what they promised.
The craftsmanship is exceptional. Every plank was installed with precision, the finishing details are perfect, and our new floors have completely transformed the look of our home. They also took great care to protect our furniture and cleaned everything up before leaving.
It’s not easy to find contractors who are this reliable and take so much pride in their work. If you’re looking for top-quality flooring, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, look no further. I would recommend this company without hesitation and will definitely hire them again.

Answers based on what we hear most from customers.
Is vinyl flooring actually waterproof? +
Most luxury vinyl plank and tile is fully waterproof, which is why it works well in bathrooms, kitchens and basements. We’ll confirm the spec on whatever product you choose.
Can vinyl be installed over tile or concrete?
Yes, as long as the surface is flat and clean. We check this during the estimate and prep the surface first if it needs it.
How long does a vinyl installation take?
A single room usually takes a day. Larger areas or a full basement typically take two to three days.
Is vinyl a good choice if I have pets?
Yes. Its waterproof, scratch-resistant surface holds up well to claws, accidents and daily wear.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We visit your home, measure the space, and give you a clear quote before any work starts.
